I just want to say thank you for our recent tour from Bangkok to Chiang Mai.
I would like to tell you that both the tour guide and the driver were excellent and we would be happy to use them again any time.
Further to this I would like to say the your driver went above and beyond his job when my husband was suffering badly from food poisoning on the first day. My husband was very ill and vomited all the way to Phisanulok. Your driver was extremely helpful to him to the extent that every time he stopped for him he collected his sick bag and disposed of it for him, he also obtained a collection of bags for him to use.
The driver’s helpfulness and care was really appreciated by all of us and we feel that you needed to hear about what he did.
I would also like to say that Allie the tour guide was also very good and that evening left us her phone number to ring in case my husband got worse and needed to go to hospital. She said that it didn’t matter what time of the night it was to just ring her and she would go with us as they wouldn’t speak good English.
Overall I think you should be very proud of both your staff and to know that the the type of help they provided means that next time we are wanting a tour in Thailand we would not hesitate to go straight to your company.
